Where do I use Copilot?
On copilot.microsoft.com and in Microsoft apps/integrations (depending on device/account).
Copilot is slow or not responding
Try:
- Refresh the page.
- Start a new conversation.
- Sign out/in to your Microsoft account.
- Try a private window.
- Disable extensions.
- Switch networks (Wi‑Fi ↔ 4G/5G).
Does Copilot save my conversations?
Microsoft documentation indicates there is conversation history by default, and you can access/delete conversations.
Can I disable personalization or training use?
There are privacy controls for personalization and for use of conversations for model training (opt‑out), as described in the privacy FAQ.
Does it work with a work account?
It depends on the environment. In organizations, policies and permissions can change behavior.
