Is iFood down?
It can happen. If the app won’t open, try again in a few minutes and switch networks.
Payment won’t go through
- Try another payment method.
- Check your card/bank limits.
- Update the app and try again.
Coupon doesn’t work
Usually it’s due to coupon rules:
- minimum order
- specific restaurant
- expired validity
- region not eligible
The order is very late
- Track it in the app.
- If it’s far past the estimate, contact in‑app support.
